Health coaching is a new paradigm in healthcare. A professionally trained and certified health coach can help you establish and enact dietary and lifestyle related goals to reverse and prevent chronic disease.

A health coach is somebody professionally trained in a variety of diet and lifestyle interventions, but does not diagnose or prescribe clinical treatment. A health coach typically works hand-in-hand with a primary healthcare provider to support patient care.

Most of our clients suffer from symptoms or have health concerns that can easily be remedied through making small, sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle. A health coach will work with you to identify goals and then support you in achieving them.

Yes. Although a health coach cannot diagnose or prescribe medical treatment, the interventions and modalities used are highly effective means to improve overall health, and alleviate numerous symptoms.

As long as you’d like! We don’t want our clients to need us for long. Our coaches aim to empower you, and arm with you the tools, skills, and knowledge you need to become self-sufficient. Most of our clients see us for 3-6 months, but sometimes longer depending on the specific health concerns of that person.

Certainly! Virtual coaching (i.e. over the phone or video call) is just as effective as face-to-face coaching.
